  • The symptom recording button has been removed from the app.
  • A new Symptoms Summary view has been added to review events.
  • During periodic disconnection, the app now reconnects to the Biosensor if a button press is detected.
  • If a button press occurs, the app will open the Record Symptoms page or show a notification if the phone is locked.
  • Event timing is now calculated accurately once the related ECG data is retrieved—ensuring precise reporting.

Notifications & User Reminders

  • The app now sends local notifications, including reminders to press the Biosensor for better adhesion, and notifications for procedure end and persistent error conditions. Users are prompted to allow notification permissions when needed.

  • A completely new user interface and workflow have been implemented, including updated visual design and splash screen.
  • The Paper Diary workflow and procedure detail dialogs have been removed to streamline the experience.

  • Security fixes and dependency updates have been applied. The app is now built with Target API Level 34 (Android 14) for enhanced compatibility. Background logs are securely uploaded for diagnostic support
