Notifications
- Email notifications: Updated the email format for system notifications for improved usability.
Patient registration and demographics
- Billing: Billing details can now be entered and edited during patient registration.
- Patients under 18: Patient registration now supports patients under 18 years old. When registering a patient under 18, the system displays a caution message: “You are registering a patient under 18 years old. The device is intended for use with adult patients. Do you want to continue?”
Device connectivity and system settings
- Reconnect delay setting: A configurable setting, “Biosensor Status – Reconnecting Delay (minutes),” is now available in Miscellaneous Settings.
Reporting workflow improvements
- Hold report prior to over-read: ECG Technicians can now place a report on hold to prevent it from advancing to over-read until it’s released.
- QC print/view access: QC users can now view and print reports that are pending over-read, as well as reports that have already been interpreted.
- Redo report from Completed Reports: ECG Technicians can now initiate a Redo for a completed ECG report when over-read is complete but interpretation has not been performed.
Current Patient Screen updates
- Procedure and Biosensor status labels and filters: Terminology updated for clarity and usability.
- Status Details (selectable menu option): Added an at-a-glance, read-only summary for the selected Current Patient organized into four panels: Biosensor, Procedure, Data Retrieval, and Reports.
- History/Notes (selectable menu option): Added ability to enter notes and view all previously entered notes for the selected Current Patient.
- Edit registration: Now available to directly edit registration information via the (“i”) information icon for the selected Current Patient.
Data retention
- Default storage selection (availability may depend on configuration and entitlements):
- Instant (default: 1 year)
- Archive (default: 6 years)
Exports and disclosures
- Full-disclosure downloads: After ECG data retrieval is complete, users can download the Full-disclosure EDF file, or both the EDF and PDF files from Current Patients or Finalized Reports.
- Automatic Full-disclosure exports: When configured, the system auto-generates Full-disclosure EDF and PDF files (permission-based). (EDF = European Data Format.)
Inventory management (Biosensors)
- Biosensor model: Added a Biosensor Model Number column, with filtering ability, on Biosensor inventory pages for applicable user roles.
- Biosensor Inventory status update: Updated options to Available, Expired, or Not Usable.
- Search by Biosensor ID: Users can now search by Biosensor ID across screens for faster navigation and troubleshooting.
User management
- Assigned Location (Group): Added to the (“i”) information icon details for each user in User Management.
- Location (Group) filtering: Added a Location filter to User Management screens for easier user administration.
Support and facility administration (role/region dependent)
- Support/QC options for US IDTF Channel Partners: Support/QC controls are available where applicable for US-region IDTF configurations.
- Manage Facility option (US IDTF): Added Manage Facility controls for supported IDTF channel partner administrators in the US region (role/region dependent).

Manufacturer Admin Enhancements
- Added the ability to reset passwords, configure default Units and Time Zone, and established Imperial as the default unit of measurement. Country, Unit, and Time Zone settings are now automatically inherited when creating new Channel Partners, Facilities, or Users, based on the Manufacturer Admin’s profile.
Report Access Control Setting for Channel Partners (CP) with IDTF Privileges
- A new option in Clinical Facility Admin > Miscellaneous Settings allows these CPs to view finalized report contents. When disabled, associated QC/Interpreting Physicians can only see the patient list, with no access to the final report PDF or related actions, though Amend remains available if they interpreted the report.
Improved Biosensor Page Terminology
- Updated the “Connection Status” label to “Biosensor Status” on the Biosensor page at the Channel Facility (CF) level.
ECG Technician Expanded Filter Options
- Introduced new filters—Any CP, Any CF, All CP, and All CF—to enhance search flexibility.

Clinician & Technician Workflow Fixes
