Email notification preferences (Interpreting Physicians)
- Interpreting Physicians (including users with Physician / QC Interpreter / CP roles) can manage email notifications in My Profile for Pending Interpretation, Finalized Reports, and Critical Findings.
- By default, Pending Interpretation and Finalized Reports email notifications are OFF (users can enable them if desired).
Bug fixes
- Resolved inconsistent Critical Findings email alerts for interpreter users, including when a report is assigned to a different CP/CF.
- Prevented disabled users from receiving email notifications.
- Removed the 20-entry limit in the Full Disclosure window so more than 20 requested entries can be viewed.

Patient registration and demographics
- Billing information in patient registration: Billing details can now be entered and edited during new patient registration.
- Patients under 18: Patient registration now supports patients under 18 years old. When registering a patient under 18, the system displays a caution message: “You are registering a patient under 18 years old. The device is intended for use with adult patients. Do you want to continue?”
Device connectivity and system settings
- Reconnect delay setting: A configurable setting, “Biosensor Status – Reconnecting Delay (minutes)”, is now available in Miscellaneous Settings.
Reporting workflow improvements
- Hold report prior to over-read: ECG Technicians can now place a report on hold to prevent it from advancing to over-read until it’s released.
- Abort procedure option: Authorized roles can now abort a procedure when needed.
Data retention
- Default selection (availability may depend on configuration and entitlements):
- Instant (default: 1 year)
- Archive (default: 6 years)
Support controls (role/region dependent)
- Support/QC options for US IDTF Channel Partners: Support/QC controls are now available where applicable for US-region IDTF configurations.
Improved patient status visibility
- Status Details (selectable menu option): Provides an at-a-glance, read-only summary for the selected Current Patient organized into four panels: Biosensor, Procedure, Data Retrieval, and Reports.
Exports and disclosures
- Full-disclosure downloads: After ECG data retrieval is complete, users can download the Full-disclosure EDF file, or both the EDF and PDF files.
- Automatic Full-disclosure exports: When configured, the system auto-generates Full-disclosure EDF and PDF files. (EDF = European Data Format.)
Usability enhancements
- 12/24-hour time format: Added support for 12-hour or 24-hour time display, configurable per system setting.
