7X24 Medical Call Center:

The LifeSignals Medical Call Center is staffed by Licensed Nurses and Physicians who are monitoring Vital Sign and Medication Compliance. The Medical Call Center works bidirectionally. The Call Center team will contact clients for a variety of reasons including non-compliance with daily tracking of vitals, recording of an abnormal value, to provide coaching or education if requested, and to aid client's and caregivers in promoting wellness.

LifeSignals requires a minimum of 2 Tiers of Call Center Support.

Tier 1: Local Call Center

  • Always available 7X24X365

  • Technically proficient

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • High Speed Networking and Telecommunications

  • Medical Training

  • Prepared for inbound and outbound (non-adherence) calling

Tier 2: US Medical Support:

  • Primarily English Speaking with Translators Available

  • Board Certified Emergency Room Physicians available 7X24X365

  • Board Certified Specialists Available on Call
