LifeSignals 's Wellness Scorecard is a holistic snapshot of a Patient's Health

LifeSignals has developed a HIPAA Compliant SQL Database System as the Data Repository for the Patient Vital Sign Data Collection and Reporting. The System, named Call Center Alert System (CCAS) is based on open source software and runs on the Linux Operating System. It is scalable to Millions of patents, available globally via a web browser and will effectively report the data in table and graphical chart formats. The System is geared to report and send alerts to Patients, Family, and Providers for out of range data values as well as for non-compliance with reporting.
